About the Role:

Unity Healthcare Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced and SACT-trained Community Chemotherapy Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering chemotherapy treatments with a focus on safety and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients in a community setting.
* Work independently to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Manage your schedule and workload efficiently, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

Requirements:

* SACT training and certification (mandatory).
* Experience in administering chemotherapy independently.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Access to a car and valid full UK drivers license.
