As a Hub Maintenance Engineer at Evri, you will be responsible for ensuring downtime on mission-critical equipment is kept to a minimum by providing quick response times and good working practices.

  • Experience and knowledge in Automation, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Rugby Hub Team as a Hub Maintenance Engineer. You will be working across a PANAMA shift pattern, reporting to our Senior Engineer, and will be responsible for reactive maintenance and PPM across the Hub.

The Hub is equipped with cutting-edge kit and systems, including Beumer Sorters, Interroll Sorters, and Carousel conveyors. You will work with external Engineers on certain projects and be part of wider optimisation groups and Continuous Improvement work.

This role is ideal for a multi-skilled Engineer with an electrical bias, who is looking to make a difference and be responsible for positive change. Improved and more efficient ways of working are encouraged, and you will have the opportunity to grow with the company.

Experience working in a distribution centre is not necessary, but you will need to have transferable skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
