About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tourism and Hospitality Tutor to join our team at the University of Surrey International Study Centre. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions that cater to the needs of our international students.
  • Assess and provide feedback on student work, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality learning experience.
  • Contribute to the development of new courses and programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our students and the requirements of our accrediting bodies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that our teaching and learning practices are of the highest quality.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of new staff, ensuring that we attract the best talent to our team.

About You

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for teaching and learning, and who is committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. You will have a strong academic background in Tourism and Hospitality, and will have experience of teaching in a higher education setting. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively in a team.
