As a Finance Analyst at Reed, you will have the opportunity to leverage your current experience while gaining core skills in management, costing, and financial accounting. This role offers a comprehensive range of accounting functions, allowing you to develop your expertise and contribute to the company's financial success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Financial Analysis and Reporting:** Analyze and report on key financial data to ensure managers receive timely, accurate, and relevant information.
  • **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Play a key role in the budget setting process, collaborating with all departments on annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • **Asset Management:** Support the continuous improvement of product standard cost setting and overhead rate calculations, and manage and develop the company's fixed asset register and asset purchase systems.
  • **Financial Close:** Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes, supporting both financial and management accounting teams.
  • **Accounts Payable:** Analyze GRIR (GRNI) balances and provide support in managing automated accounts payable system.
  • **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Collaborate with non-finance departments to ensure correct transaction processes and maintain financial information integrity.

**Requirements:**

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with a commitment to achieving full qualification.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (big data handling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Good knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
