About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Financial Advisor. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing Consolidated Financial Statements: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance with US GAAP and SOX: Maintain compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) in all financial reporting.
- Journal Entries and Schedules: Prepare and analyze journal entries to convert local GAAP reporting to US GAAP rules, and prepare schedules associated with consolidated balance sheets, income statements, and notes to consolidated financial statements.
- Financial Package Preparation: Prepare monthly financial packages for the executive team, including financial analysis and recommendations.
- Month-End Close and Day-to-Day Activities: Support month-end close and day-to-day activities for subsidiaries as needed.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare various ad hoc reports for internal and external reporting requirements when required.
- Coordination and Teamwork: Coordinate work with other divisions and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
We are looking for a strong Excel user with excellent communication and analytical skills. You should be a team player with the ability to take initiative and lead on projects. A CPA or equivalent experience, and 5-7 years of experience in finance roles is required.
