Job Summary

We are looking for empathetic and supportive individuals with a genuine passion for working with homeless individuals. As a Homeless Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing intensive support to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to clients, helping them to access housing, employment, and other essential services.
  • Work closely with local authorities, health providers, and other agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify client needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with homeless individuals or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid full driving license and access to a car for business purposes.
  • Clear verbal and written English skills.
