Your OpportunityAs our Academy Training Instructor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our trade workforce by delivering high-quality compliance training. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement new training programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- You will create and deliver compliance training programs, including Ladder Safety and Manual Handling.
- You will conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of our training programs.
- You will provide feedback and coaching to our employees to help them improve their skills and performance.
