Lead Radiological Operations Technician

Job Summary:
SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Steriliser Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our sterilisation equipment and maintaining the highest standards of radiological safety.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain optimal levels of Cobalt 60 activity to ensure the effectiveness of sterilisation processes
• Provide expert engineering support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement radiation protection and safety procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in radiation protection and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
