At GLL, we're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Helston Sports Centre. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver safe and effective fitness classes that meet the needs of our members
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating class environment
  • Communicate effectively with members and colleagues to ensure a seamless class experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to continuously improve your teaching skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver fitness programs that meet the needs of our members

Requirements:

  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
