About the Role:

GLL is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Helston Sports Centre. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and safe fitness classes that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of various fitness genres and adapt classes to suit different age groups and fitness levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A real focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
