About the Role
- Full responsibility for the maintenance and administration of the purchase ledger.
- Coordinate purchase ledger processes and posting of purchase invoices.
- Create supplier payment runs on the system.
- Raising invoices in line with 3 billing cycles.
- Raising credit and debit notes.
- Reconciling direct debt payments.
- Bank reconciliations and posting cash to the system.
- Setting up client direct debits.
- Nominal ledger responsibilities.
- Chasing overdue payments.
- Dealing with incoming queries into the department.
