Senior Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our specialist reporting client management team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale integrated and annual report suites, as well as dedicated sustainability reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts, coordinating with Design, Production, Consultancy, and Digital teams as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality project management using effective tools and processes.
  • Provide exceptional client service, being responsive, proactive, and professional.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, prioritize workstreams, identify potential issues early, and keep everything on track.
  • Manage project finances, including budget estimates, forecasting, change requests, and budget reconciliations.
  • Participate in internal financial reporting and contribute to all project-related administration and organization around key milestones.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality of all project outputs – externally and internally, including documentation, proofs, and communications.
Requirements
  • Experience in client service and project management within reporting, sustainability, or corporate communications – agency or client side.
  • Experience of planning and managing end-to-end projects with integrated project teams including consultancy, design, and specialist inputs.
  • Experience of integrated project delivery such as print, digital, reporting, and comms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
