Role Overview

Raydocs, Newtown Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across the PCN.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking GP who can work collaboratively with our team to provide patient-centred care. You will be responsible for conducting consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients, utilising ARRS-funded services to support patient needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of chronic disease, health promotion, and disease prevention in line with best practices and PCN goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:
  • Providing high-quality, patient-centred care across the PCN.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, and social prescribers, to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Conducting consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients, utilising ARRS-funded services to support patient needs.
  • Contributing to the management of chronic disease, health promotion, and disease prevention in line with best practices and PCN goals.
  • Participating in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care within the PCN.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new care pathways that align with ARRS objectives.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
