**The Massage Company is looking for a great Membership Sales Advisor for our multi award-winning concept in Ealing and within our centres nationwide.**
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor, offering memberships through face-to-face discussion, follow-up sales calls, and promoting The Massage Company member referral.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and match them to our membership options. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone, via email, and in person, providing clients with advice on massage services, and promoting internal upgrades.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A salary of £50 per hour + commission + annual bonuses is on offer, along with a range of benefits including monthly employee massages, discounted family and partner rates, and opportunities for professional and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling memberships through face-to-face discussion, follow-up sales calls, and generating new clientele through promoting The Massage Company member referral
- Scheduling appointments over the phone, via email, and in person
- Providing clients with advice on massage services, matching them to the right therapist during pre-treatment discussions
- Promoting internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy, or 'fantastic foot treatment'
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK and fluency in English, spoken and written
- Proven track record of success in sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
