Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Sales Order Processor to become part of a reputable manufacturing organization.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking to transition into an administrative capacity, possessing exceptional attention to detail, or those pursuing a new challenge with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely service to customers
  • Generating quotes and processing orders using the internal SAP system
  • Ensuring precise data entry to facilitate sales

This position is primarily computer-based and involves daily customer interaction. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in this type of work, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Essential Skills

Customer service skills are crucial, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and address customer needs effectively. Excellent IT proficiency is required, with experience in Microsoft applications being preferred. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Hours

The role entails a commitment of 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with core hours established.

Compensation

Salary: Starting from £25,284 per annum. A higher salary may be considered for candidates with more extensive experience.

Additional Information

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.
