Job Description

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Pickrz.com. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement strategic initiatives, and manage resources to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to enhance efficiency and achieve company goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the sports betting industry.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in operations management, preferably within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
