Sales and Revenue Advisor

Location: Nuneaton (Hybrid after training)
Salary: £23,000-£25,544 DOE + bonus + benefits
Working hours: 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri 9:00am-17:00pm
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Renewals Advisor to join our fast-paced team. As a first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will be responsible for accurately inputting outcomes to our Sales Force CRM, listening to customers' needs, and objection handling while cross-selling multiple utilities and additional client products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Listening to customers' needs and objection handling while cross-selling multiple utilities and additional client products
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business through a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Juggling tasks daily to ensure high levels of effective productivity
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
- IT knowledge (Microsoft office)
- The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day
- The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets
- Knowledge in UK telecoms or utilities industry desirable but not required
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with good timekeeping abilities
- Target driven and customer oriented
