Sales and Renewals Advisor

Our leading utilities client is the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, providing environmentally friendly water supply, commercial waste, and telecoms services.
About the Role:We are seeking a Sales & Renewals Advisor to join our diverse and fast-paced team as a first point of contact for customer enquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for occasional outbound calling to cross-sell multiple utilities, telecoms, and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM.
- Listening to customers' needs and objection handling while cross-selling multiple utilities and additional client products.
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business through a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Juggling tasks daily to ensure high levels of effective productivity.
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers.
- Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
- IT knowledge (Microsoft office).
- The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day.
- The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets.
- Knowledge in UK telecoms or utilities industry desirable but not required.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with good timekeeping abilities.
- Target driven and customer oriented.
- Hybrid working after training period.
