We are looking for a talented Senior Sales and Progress Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales progressions and ensuring timely completions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the property sales process and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property instructions, tracking progress, and resolving any issues or delays in the sales process. You will also coordinate with clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure seamless communication and timely completions. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,500 per annum, with bonuses based on successful exchanges.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales progression, ideally within a high-volume property environment, and a customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service.
