About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team in London. As a key member of our team, you will assist senior bankers in advising clients on various M&A projects, including UK and European mid-market privately owned enterprises, large multinational organisations, private equity firms, and family offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of transaction marketing materials, valuation analyses, and financial models;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative industry research and analysis;
  • Develop detailed financial analysis for various types of transactions;
  • Compose presentation materials, including tailored pitch books and Confidential Information Memorandums;
  • Support daily coordination of M&A processes.

  • A strong academic record from a highly regarded university;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality;
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement;
  • Demonstrated interest in finance;
  • Ability to accurately read, interpret, and communicate large volumes of numbers and data;
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical aptitude;
  • High level of personal integrity and work ethic;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
