Residential Children's Home Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Children's Home Director to lead our carefully designed 5/6-bedroom care home for children aged 11+. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing environment, building a strong team, and driving the home's development and progression.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
- Oversee care planning and implement individualized strategies for each child, promoting their well-being and personal development.
- Lead and inspire a team, providing training and ongoing support to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain financial stability and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Liaise with external agencies, including social workers and healthcare providers, to coordinate care.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- At least two years of experience in residential childcare within the past five years, including three years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality care and managing compliance with Ofsted standards.
The estimated salary for this position is around £53,000 + £11,000 Bonus Opportunity.
