We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Paralegal to join our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team at TLT LLP. As a key member of our team, you will assist with legal tasks, support fee earners, and manage financial outputs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with legal tasks, including taking instructions, liaising with clients, and managing case loads of banking litigation matters.
  • Support other fee earners on a variety of cases, including commercial and financial litigation.
  • Manage financial outputs, billing responsibilities, and create Excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Law degree or law conversion course.
  • 6 months of Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience.
  • Experience in contentious/non-contentious matters in commercial or financial litigation.
  • Accuracy, good organisational skills, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure, and prioritise work from various stakeholders.
  • High standards of client service essential.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
