About the Role:
This Sales Account Manager position involves high-volume client interactions, building relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with 56,000 repeat clients, utilizing our in-house CRM system to maintain accurate records and develop key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing customer cycles.
  • Taking data from our in-house research analyst to drive business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring timely responses to emergency situations.
  • Develop effective relationships with Company Departments to expand key accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional communication, service, and response for Clients at all times.
  • Achieve targeted sales performance, including minimum appointments, outbound dials, and revenue generation.
  • Prioritize personal development, product knowledge, punctuality, presentation, and goal setting.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results or demonstrate potential as a non-trained sales staff member with an outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to think on your feet are essential.

What We Offer:
