PCN Operations Manager

Job Summary
Bushloe Surgery is seeking a highly skilled PCN Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Primary Care Network and Oadby & Wigston PCN Limited.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective operational administration and workflow processes to ensure the delivery of our PCN programmes and the PCN Directed Enhanced Service (DES) contract.
- Provide operational and HR management, ensuring that our HR processes and procedures are well managed.
- Produce performance and quality reports to support the delivery of our PCN objectives and targets.
- Ensure that our financial resources are managed effectively, developing and implementing financial plans and reporting progress to our Boards.
- Manage the delivery of service submissions on behalf of our PCN.
- Develop and maintain effective processes to ensure that our PCN adheres to its governance structure.
