We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Ensure food hygiene and presentation standards are met
  • Assist in the effective management of stock and portion control
  • Handle cash and operate the till
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a food service environment
  • Friendly, polite, and motivated individual
  • Great customer service skills
  • DBS check required
