Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Delivery Manager to join our Major Programme Services (MPS) team. As part of PA's Delivery stream, the MPS team works across the defence, major projects & infrastructure, transport, and public sector domains in client-facing roles on long-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in delivering complex products and services
  • Set up teams for success, support problem-solving, and planning
  • Enable teams to come up with their own insights within complex constraints
  • Present complex information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels

Requirements

  • Experience in estimating, scoping, and delivering products, services, and outcomes using various delivery techniques and methods
  • Experience in working in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods
  • Experience or certification in project management or project controls methodologies (PMQ, Prince2 etc) is desirable
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
