Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bromley, supporting adult services on a locum contract initially. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing D2A OT to cover hospital discharge, conducting assessments and providing equipment and adaptations to maximize independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct occupational therapy assessments for vulnerable adults in their own homes
* Provide equipment and minor adaptations to enhance independence
* Work collaboratively with the existing D2A OT to cover hospital discharge

Requirements:

* Experience working with people with physical disabilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
