As a Medical Imaging Solutions Expert at Philips International, you will play a vital role in growing our Ultrasound business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Applications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating our ultrasound products, training users, and maintaining customer relationships across the North East of England.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business, work with cutting-edge technology, and enjoy a competitive salary package.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating our Philips Ultrasound family of products to customers and at conferences
  • Providing post-sales product training to new and existing users
  • Maintaining contact with customers to ensure ongoing happiness and confidence in using our equipment
  • Collaborating with Business Line Managers to maintain tender responses, competitive pricing information, and installed base data
  • Assisting Account Managers with answering Tender questionnaires
