Job details

Job Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to children in Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

• Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, as well as assessing pupil progress.

• Provide individualized support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.

• Commitment to raising standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
