Pharmacy Practice Director

The Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and experience. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for healthcare and a commercial focus. The Pharmacy Practice Manager will be accountable for delivering all pharmacy-related targets and deadlines, managing the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues, and supporting the drive to make Asda Pharmacy the best in class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and achieve exceptional levels of patient safety.
- Take direct responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
- Work collaboratively with in-store, regional, and home office teams to deliver clinical and service-based objectives.
Requirements:
- A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
- Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment.
