Senior Pharmacist

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Pharmacy Practice Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Ramsgate. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care and driving commercial success.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to balance clinical and business demands. You will have a passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient services.

You will lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your expertise will also be used to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
