Key Stage 2 Education Specialist

**Job Overview:**
A experienced Key Stage 2 teacher is required for a flexible teaching position with Prospero Teaching. This role involves working with schools across Bristol to support their educational needs.
**Estimated Salary Range:** £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
**About the Role:**
We are seeking an exceptional educator who can manage a class and ensure the safety and welfare of pupils. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, experience in Primary School, ideally in KS2, and a strong understanding of the transition process from Early Years to Key Stage 1 and beyond.
**Responsibilities:**
* Carry out professional duties responsibly
* Manage a class and ensure pupil safety and welfare
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders
**Eligibility Criteria:**
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experience in Primary School, ideally in KS2
* Strong understanding of the transition process
* Previous experience teaching reading using various strategies
**Requirements:**
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to apply
* Provide two professional child-related references
