In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking the day-to-day monitoring of work standards, ensuring that documentation in the homes of service users complies with Meridian Health and Social Care policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring work standards and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in an on-call rota to provide back-up support in emergency situations
