About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Associate Consultant to join our L&H Valuation & Analysis team in Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development, with a focus on financial reporting, risk management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality reserve and income statement submissions for internal and external reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the underlying risks on the balance sheet and use this knowledge to drive proactive management of the in-force portfolio.
  3. Apply actuarial judgment to complex and subjective areas of the work, such as valuation assumption setting.
  4. Design and implement creative solutions to improve processes and enhance the quality of financial results.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Products, and Portfolio Management, to drive business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in actuarial science or a related field.
  • University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to drive projects and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong desire for continuous growth and development.
