Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance team and drive our financial strategy in Cobham.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  2. Prepare and manage financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
  3. Direct and oversee all financial operations to ensure the company's financial stability and success.
  4. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities to optimize financial performance.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.
  7. Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within an SME environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management practices.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
