Lead Care Professional

As a Lead Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to care staff during shifts, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to care staff during shifts.
- Coordinating resident care plans with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Maintaining accurate records of medication administration and resident care activities.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to resident safety and well-being.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity.
