About the Role

Delve Recruitment is currently working with a well-established business within the water treatment sector, seeking a Development Chemist to join their team. The company supplies water treatment solutions globally and is looking to expand their R&D capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects to develop and improve manufactured products.
  • Optimise electrochemical reactor parameters to enhance performance levels.
  • Design experiments from R&D through to pilot stage.
  • Discuss ideas for products and improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Chemistry or a related subject.
  • Strong understanding of electrochemistry and materials science.
  • Prior experience working with electrochemical reactors or similar systems.
  • Prior experience in NPI for electrochemical reactors.
