About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Assistant (NPD) to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and production of our food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the ordering and receipt of ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained and waste is minimized.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and presentation equipment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of food products, ensuring that they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Support the development of new recipes and products, working closely with our chefs and production team.
  • Accurately label and package products for distribution and sale.
Requirements
  • Qualified to Food Safety Level 2 standard (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
  • Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
  • Driving license and own vehicle (for occasional benchmark shopping).
