Community Mental Health Pharmacist Leader

This is a specific yet rewarding role that will enable the successful applicant to work within a multi-disciplinary community team and have direct patient contact. The ideal candidate will be competent in auditing, undertaking, action planning, and presenting projects in line with targeted quality indicators.
Responsibilities
As an Advanced Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and working with individuals with mental health disorders in a community setting. You will also be expected to build close working relationships with stakeholders in the local primary care network and aligned pharmacy services.
Benefits and Salary
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive excellent benefits including Excellent NHS Pension Scheme, Generous Annual Leave, and Up to 27 Days Annual Leave (Increasing with Service). You will also have access to Free Car Parking at all Trust Sites and Atractive Relocation Package.
