Graduate Teaching Assistant Role in Hounslow

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate from a Russell Group University to gain experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Specification:
  • Competitive salary of £475-£550 per week, paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
  • Long-term contract starting in September 2024, with potential for further employment
  • Opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, providing both group and 1:1 support in the classroom
  • Chance to develop skills in supporting academic and social skills, as well as behavioural support
  • Experience working with SEN is desirable but not essential
Requirements:
  • At least a 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University
  • Resilience and enthusiasm, with a passion for motivating learners
  • Aspirations to learn from experienced colleagues and progress further in the Education Sector

This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a Graduate looking to develop their knowledge and skill set in supporting learners to excel. The school is fully supportive of career progression and is open to offering further training to the right candidate.
