As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for shaping the educational journey of our young students and contributing to their holistic development.
About the Role:- Design and implement inspiring curricula that meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Maintain strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the community through effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between year groups.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Possess a recognized teaching qualification and have extensive experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Strong Communication Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Inclusive Practice: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
