We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our thriving SEN school community in Kingston upon Thames. As an SEN Teacher, you will work with students who have diverse learning needs and help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for SEN students
- Create and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Liaise with parents and external agencies
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching SEN students
- Strong understanding of differentiated learning approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
