About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the smooth delivery of care services
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans
  • Administering and recording medication, as well as conducting risk assessments to ensure resident safety
  • Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and improve our care services
