Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team in Devon & Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple projects across North, Mid, and West Devon, with a focus on civil engineering and groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Organize and chair regular meetings with internal teams and clients to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Review quotations from subcontractors and work closely with the QS to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Manage on-site teams, ensuring the project program is on track and making adjustments as needed.
  • Produce regular progress reports and represent the company at project meetings.
Requirements:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • Valid driving license
