Advanced Care Practitioner

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for qualified staff nurses to work in the new Greater Manchester Major Trauma Hospital at Salford Royal, part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
The hospital features two major trauma wards with fantastic opportunities to learn and develop in a state-of-the-art building. Our vision is to deliver exceptional patient care while developing our highly motivated workforce.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in our enhanced care unit, caring for complex trauma patients. Education and development will be available to all successful candidates, allowing them to progress in their careers.
As an Advanced Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care programs. You will also be responsible for supervising and assessing learners and unregistered staff, providing a teaching role and acting as a named supervisor.
This position requires a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK or those who are currently enrolled on a course that means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 2-3 months. Please note that an NMC PRN PIN does not meet the essential criteria for this role.

Salary: £33,549 - £43,041 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
