We are seeking a skilled Change of Tenancy Advisor to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Change of Tenancy Team, you will be responsible for investigating and verifying change of tenancy requests, taking inbound calls from new and existing COT queries, and assisting with recording written information on systems. You will also be required to spot risks within accounts and offer remedial action, respond to email queries internal and external while providing excellent customer service and due diligence, and process COT requests smoothly and efficiently within SLA. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and closing assigned account renewal opportunities, meter upgrades, cash collection, and payment plans built into your KPIs. You will develop and learn relationship skills with key stakeholders (internal and external).

**Requirements:**
Education – GCSE Grade A-C in Math & English or Equivalent
Office 365 – Good Office 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Communication – Must be able to talk, listen & speak clearly on the telephone & have the ability to construct coherent written correspondence with confidence
