About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and monitor the care team's practice to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Work closely with other nurses and report to the Deputy Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans and risk assessments to ensure the successful delivery of outstanding care.
  • Engage with residents in meaningful activities and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
  • A valid UK NMC Pin number.
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including NMC and CQC.
  • A passion for working with older people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring, kind, and professional nature.
