Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Medico Partners Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct venepuncture, blood pressure, ECG, height/weight/BMI, health promotion, childhood and adult immunizations, wound care, contraception, cervical screening, and spirometry as required.
  • Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, COPD, and asthma, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Be a certified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
  • Have knowledge of patients with long-term conditions and be familiar with Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and associated policy.
  • Have experience of long-term condition management and cervical screening.
