Job Description

Safran Seats is a leading manufacturer of premium seating and technology for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the factory work operation to execute the overall production plan while driving down process costs.
  • Plan resource to meet production output and coordinate production loading plans with cross-sectional managers.
  • Identify and address training needs to maintain quality output in accordance with the Quality Procedures.
  • Promote a Lean environment and contribute to the strategic development of the company.
  • Accurately report on KPIs and monitor and report on budgets and targets.
  • Implement working practices to reduce health and safety risks to as low as is reasonably practicable.
  • Become the lead, mentor, and developer within the team.
