Community Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Friend, supporting older adults in developing digital skills and confidence.
As a Digital Champion, you will work closely with participants at our monthly Tea & Tech sessions, providing one-on-one support and guidance on using digital devices. You will also help them explore how technology can enhance their daily lives.
No prior technical expertise is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Personal experience with digital devices is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer patient and helpful digital support to older adults
- Listen actively and provide guidance on using digital devices
- Help individuals develop basic digital skills and confidence

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to offer support to individuals
